Oh and if you want to know how i did it, let me tell you. The pump is permanent if you use it right like a stretcher. I took yohimbe and put the pump on for 30 minutes one time while stimulated (the combo of the erection, pump and yohimbe) When i took it out it was like whaoo! i did this once a week and my girlfriend is like real amazed.
