As a recreational bodybuilder I’ve read all sorts about anabolic steroids but have never used any myself. Something that has always intrigued me is the fact that female users often experience clitoral enlargement, to the point that it can often resemble a small penis (!), and it got me thinking- does it therefore cause penile enlargement in men? I assume not, as I’ve never heard anything about it and would imagine if it did it’d be a viable alternative to penile enlargement surgery, but I thought I’d ask on here as I imagine I’ll get some interesting answers :)
