I realize there are risks involved with all cosmetic surgery. But surely more men would get penis enlargement surgery than women would get breast enlargement surgery (for about the same reasons) if they were equally safe, effective and expensive. But they don’t, which must mean it’s not equally safe, effective and expensive. Even penis removal seems to be more common. Why?
